Searching in a book

I've been trying to do a word search in some books using my Kobo Aura but it seems like the search results are very limited.

When I do the search it will say that there are 100+ results and give me 14 pages of results, but they are all in the first half of the book.

Is there a limited number of results that the Aura will display? Is there any way to see the rest? Or to start searching at a point later in the book, rather than just from the beginning?

I've been further in the book than my results when I began a search, but it is as if the keyword that I used is not to be found after a certain number of pages.

Kobo's search only gives you the first 100 results. Yes, it's a crippling limitation in my opinion making search somewhat unusable. There have been other threads about it in the past also, and as far as I know, no way around it has been found yet. If there was even a way to search forward from a particular page and get the next 100 results would be a workaround, but it doesn't function that way. It only displays the first 100 results from the beginning of the book.

Hmm, drat! Gonna need to find an app or something to side-load them into, then.
