internal memory issue

Hello all.

I have a proscan 7 inch internet tablet model number PLT 7035-PL. I have done a factory reset and I'm still showing things in my internal memory. I'm short on space supposedly. I have nothing loaded because I am not able to download anything because of space. All I want to be able to load is Bingo blitz again. Can anyone tell me how to deleted files in my internal memory to free up space. I can not find any help from manufacturer. Please help me

For me I went into setting/storage and it breaks down how much memory is taken up for like videos and music etc. Then there is this step child called Miscellaneous. For me, it was eating up over 3gigs of storage and most wasn't necessary.

Edit: This is on a Samsung Android device but the settings should be similar. I couldn't figure out why I was running out of space but it was saving tons of stuff there I already have up in the cloud.
