I'm loving my K3g, but it's a bit annoying to always have the dictionaries (Oxford Dictionary of English & The New Oxford American Dictionary) visible on my home screen.

I only use them for word lookups while reading other books, I do not want them to be listed on the home screen as books that can be read like 'normal' books. Is this possible? EDIT: After I posted this, related threads appeared below the post. It seems, despite my searching before posting this, that it has been asked before, and the best option is to create a collection and hide them in that collection. I wish they could actually be removed from the Home Screen, but still be accessible for reference. Last edited by SweetBearCub; 06-05-2014 at 05:38 PM. |

I use the sort option Recent, so while my dictionaries are on my home page, they are buried on the last page as I never open them. Looking up a definition from within a book doesn't open the dictionary, so it never moves up in the Recent queue.

I'm loving my Kindle Touch, which has a baked-in "Dictionaries" collection locked on the last page across all sort modes.
