Sync pages between WP8 and Android Tablet?
Is there an app that would sync pages to dropbox (or some other online storage or resource) in order to stay on the same page when switching from a Windows Phone to an Android Tablet?

I really don't think so. However, the Amazon app will sync any books through their own servers, if you:
This will of course work for all their apps/devices, which includes both an Android app and a Win8 Metro app. |
