Looking for Overdirve Public Library users

I have noticed that using the overdrive.com search engine has reveled several Ebooks that I would borrow if only I had access to the lending library's portal (a library card from that locale).

I was wondering specifically if anyone with access to either:

1. King County Library System (Washington State)
2. Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh/Alleghany (Western PA)

Would be willing to borrow the following and send me the Epub File (I can use Calibre access the file) -Please PM me.

More generally, has anyone considered starting a list of mobileread members across the US that would be willing to help others.

I have (or can get) library cards for most of the SF Bay Area Libraries

I would not be interested in aiding and abeting the theft of library resources from local tax payers and with placing libraries in further jeopardy with publishers. I pay taxes to use my local library and pay for non- resident cards where the locals are kind enough to offer me the privilege.

Not only is that illegal, but so is converting library books to formats they weren't originally available in. For example, if an audiobook is only available in WMA, you aren't allowed to convert it to MP3 so you can play it on your phone or tablet. If the publishers wanted you to be able to do so, they would've provided that format in the first place.

It's one thing to convert files for books you personally own, but quite another for library books. You don't own them and don't have the right to convert them.
