Two covers won't upload
I've just added 3 books of a series to my Calibre, and one other by the same author. Book three of the series and the standalone both copied over just fine, but for books books 1 and 2 of the series I simply CANNOT get the covers to upload. I've tried "upload cover for selected books" many times in Kobo Utilities, I've tried deleting the books from my Sage and re-adding and I've just tried replacing the cover image with resized copy to see if that worked. Nothing has. How do I fix this?

Do an EPUB to EPUB conversion and/or do a conversion of the cover image from jpg to png. That should eliminate both th emost common sources of device firmware being unable to read covers.

Thank you! I tried them one at a time. With the first of the two, suimply replacing the jpeg with a png did the trick. With the second, that did not work, so I did an epub to epub conversion, deleted the book from the device and sent the new copy (I think, I sent 'epub, not 'original epub') to the device. Unfortnately, that did not work either, the book still shows no cover on my Sage, only the title page.

I went into to edit book, made sure the png was the only image in the "images section, renamed, that it was called "cover.png" and selected "mark as cover". Still no joy. It looks like I'll be reading this one without a cover.

In the editor, select the cover, right click and select Marck <name of cover> as cover image. That should do it.
