Saved searches : suggestions
Hi
Some suggestions I'd like to propose, about the saved searches panel. I have more and more saved searches (official, in progress, tests, etc), and the list is growing every day. I know I can use the textfield to filter out these searches, and I have adopted some naming conventions to easily find some of them. But still... this panel begins to be overwhelmed. My suggestions : - The textfield could retain the last filters that I used, a dropdown menu for example. - Possibility to organise searches in some kind of "virtual folders" (I think Sigil was doing this with its clip editor ? I don't remember). Those folders would act like real folders : collapse/expand/rename/delete/move up/down, etc. All searches in a folder could be executed at once just by selecting the folder and clicking "Replace all", etc Maybe all this is too much work, maybe it's not feasible, I don't know, those are just suggestions :-) What do you think ? |
