Help Please
Hi can someone help please i have installed calibre companion on my android tablet have clicked start wireless device connection in calibre have clicked connect on tablet but a message is coming up in calibre saying my app is out of date but i just got it . so it is not showing send to device tab at top of calibre .can anyone help please

I assume that the message you are seeing in calibre is "The app on your device is too old and is no longer supported. Update it to a newer version.".
In Calibre Companion (CC), please tap on the three dots to see CC's menu then choose "About". Post back with the version number you see at the bottom of that dialog box. EDIT: also, what version of calibre are you running? Last edited by chaley; 05-07-2014 at 10:31 AM. |

It was downloaded from Google but thinking that I downloaded calibre companion realized I had downloaded calibre sync as I thought it was the same as I am not very techo savvy
