Transfering original kobo to another user

Hi all,

Got my new Kobo Aura and I'm enjoying it. My husband has asked for my old Kobo original (which is still in great working order). He's downloaded & installed Calibre - are there any steps he needs to take to be able to charge and sync it off of his computer? Is there a driver that he needs to download or will doing a reset accomplish it? (A reset is done with a paperclip isn't it? This machine has worked so well I've haven't done one in a long, long time.)

Bringing back old memories here but I remember the original Kobo had a factory reset option on the settings/advanced menu. After this, he can enter his email associated with a Kobo store account -- if he is going to bother with one.

Otherwise, his computer should automatically install the driver when he first connects it to his computer without needing to download a driver from the web.

Regards,
David
