Newbie has all the column of titles disappear

I am far from being proficient on Calibre 0.8.38
Clicking around to learn about it, the column with book titles disappeared. And darned if I can figure out how to restore them.
This happened a few weeks ago and I hope no one will ask me what I did that caused the bungle - I don't know now.

Right-click on any column name, and you will get options including to "Hide column {column-name}". The middle option is "Show Column ->" and wil expand to list all the columns currently hidden. Select Title from that list, and it will reappear.

2 ways:
Preferences: Add your own Columns: <tick those you want to see> (reordering optional)

Rightclick int the header area: Show Column ->: <select>

Also, unless there is a really good reason for using 0.8.38 DO upgrade to current! As of today it's 1.29.0 !
