I agree. I can't stand the silver color of the device, either, which is why I immediately bought the skin. I am getting ready to post pictures. The back doesn't have the skin on it, but that should be on my shelf. So I will send it along. The screen protector was already on it, so I just left it alone.

hah, no...it's from Lord of the Rings. My previous kindles have been Legolas, Galadriel, Aragorn, Arwen. So this was in keeping with the theme.

If I recall...Legolas and Aragorn were Keyboard Kindles...Galadriel and Arwen were Paperwhites....can't remember what I called the Touch that my mother has now.

I just realized that Glorfindel is from LOTR, too!

Let me know if you decide you want this Kindle. IMO it's better than the paperwhites (which I no longer have). But since I only got it to read the Lending Library books, and THEN I got a 2013 Fire HD which can do the same thing, I should sell one or the other.
