New M92 - stylus not working

I just recieved an Onyx m92 from ereader-store. The problem is that the stylus is not working. If I do a calibration, the stylus wakes up and it's possible to finish the calibration. After this calibration process the stylus will keep working ~30 seconds. After that it will just die. The only way to wake up the stylus again seems to do another calibration or restarting the device. After restarting the device the stylus will also work for a little while and then die.

Will any Wacom pen work for the M92?

In that case I'll get a backup one from Amazon - I like them a bit longer than the one that was in the picture for M92. (just placed an order!)

No. Although it's the same technology, it does not interoperate with Wacom Stylus.

I got great support at the ereader-store.

First I was adviced to flash the device, unfortunately it didn't help. The stylus still has the same problem, so it's probably a hardware failure.

The device will go back for a replacement tomorrow. I miss it already...

Could you describe your problem ?

Sometimes, it's known, the stylus stop to work. Take away the stylus from the screen few moments and the stylus is working.

I found that if I keep the stylus very near of the screen, but not on the screen, sometimes there is the problem. I suppose that I must keep the stylus on the screen or far of the screen.
