Unwanted delete

If I do a lot of editing, getting rid of extra tags after doing a check book, I have an unwanted deletion of all the text files when I right click delete a single file in the image file.

It was not repeatable after a save and it was possible to recover from by restoring back two checkpoints.

I have changed the right click menu to tell you exactly how many files will be deleted by selecting delete.

Thanks, it works well to avoid surprises. Extra file deletion seems to occur with malformed epubs. I had to junk that one I was working on and go back to one that did not accumulate errors with every action.
