Converted Book after Transfer to PW not add to Calibre -possible?

Hello,

Yesterday i received my new PW2, and here is a little "problem": I actually stored only epubs in my Calibre Library. When i now transfer some of these to my PW2, Calibre converts them to a .mobi, as needed.
So far so good, but the converted file is afterwards also stored in my library. Is there a way that calibre converts and transfered but not stores the converted file in my library? I like it to have only one format for one book.....

Thanks in advance!

Best of my knowledge no; however it is very easy to remove the formats you don't want from the library. Just highlight all the books in your library, right click on Remove Books and then select Remove files of a specific format from selected books and finally, in the box displayed select MOBI.

This will remove the Mobi format from all books in your library.

IMHO Dangerous to have this delete automatically.

What is the format you wish to keep??
I keep the 'Original Format' (I log that into a custom column'
How does Calibre decide when it should not delete format X?

Disk space is cheap and most ebooks are small. My total 6K books Library with multiple formats of many titles is only 8G
