Sensory Fiction
MIT engineers have designed a wearable vest that hooks up to an ebook to provide an "augmented" reading experience.
Personally, if a novel is well-written I find myself completely engaged in the fictional world, without the need of a device. Have to wonder about how it might work with erotica, however. |

There are already certain wearable devices that attach to the body. If I recall, they use a USB connector.
