I wasn't aware of a custom NY Times recipe, I thought I was using the one that comes with my downloads of calibre. I have been getting the times via Calibre for years.
Where do I get the bulletin recipe and how do I use it?

I'm rather sure I wasn't using a custom recipe, but I re-selected the bulletin recipe and all is well.
