Confused about meta...
Wife like all books from the same series to be listed together on her Kindle Paperwhite (when sorting by title).
I therefore rename the book names using Calibre before uploading them to the kindle. I do it by adding a prefix to the book name - something along the line of: "(series_name #X) book_name". Problem I have is sometimes, despite everything appearing in order from within Calibre, the prefix does not show on the Kindle... I checked the the meta details using Calibe for 2 books - one that shows with the prefix on the Kindle, and one that doesn't. Both show the title to have the prefix... I am a little confused... Any idea what am I doing wrong? |

No idea what the problem is, but I would suggest for setting the title in the first place, that you explore the wonderful world of Kindle_and_Calibre_Plugboards.
You will probably want to use the following template: Code:
{series:|(|}{series_index:| #|) }{title} ![]() |
