[Intruded in another member's introduction]

Hello from sunny Victoria BC Canada. Bought myself an Kobo Aura for Xmas. I had previously bought a Mini but found it was slow at turning pages and the screen froze a lot so stopped using it. Really love to read and thought if I upgraded the Kobo I would get better usage. Sad to say I can't use it at all. Main reason for buy was to get books from library but I cannot connect with Internet at all. I have correct info but it keeps saying unable to join. I have surfed the web and found connectivity problems with aura are rampant. I tried phoning KOBO and sat on phone for an hour. Emailed them two days ago and no reply.(customer service does not impress me) I am on the verge of returning it.
Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks for reading.
