How do I use my Kobo without signing in?

Hi
I know there is a way to start up Kobo without any signing in. I just cannot find the link. I do not care about drm/store stuff. I mostly read old books anyway. I would like to be able to just use it without any login.

but honestly it's probably a lot quicker and easier to just register with a throwaway free email and whatever details you care to invent. You don't have to enter a credit card or anything.

That's what I did, register with a fake name only and no credit card or personal information included at all, in case my reader gets lost.

The idea that anyone who then found my reader could buy $100 in books in under 5 minutes, probably before I even realized I lost it, let alone be able to change my login info, really bothered me.

You don't even need a throwaway e-mail address, I just use something_rude@kobo.com (assuming you intend to sideload only.). Backup the database after so you don't have to do the hassle again.
