HELP!!!

Hi,

Can anyone please help me? I've made a LOAD of amends to an .epub file in Sigil, but when I try to save it or save a copy, I get a 'Cannot save file' error message.

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be VERY much appreciated!

OS?
Sigil Version?
Location of Save? (did you try a Save AS...?)

If you have the file open in another view(er), you may be blocked until ALL Other uses close

I often use the Sony Reader Library to check what I have done in Sigil.

I get a can not save message from Sigil so long as the book is being displayed in the Reader Library. If I switch to the file listing then it will save.

I'm on a Mac - OS X 10.6.8 / Sigil 0.6.2

I've closed everything else, I've tried Save As, but I'm still getting this message:

Its a problem with a font if i translate the logs right.

It seams to try to obfuscate it, and fail.

Maybe remove the font. Save the file. Quit and re-open Sigil. Try re-adding the font.

Well. delete the fonts in the folder on the left...

What are you doing with pdurrant's Mac?

Right click on the font files (in the Fonts folder) in the Book Browser and see if either option for obfuscation (idpf or adobe) is checked. If so, change it to 'None' (for all fonts present) and see if you can save it then.
