Previews showing as full books
I downloaded three previews by James Morrow and they have been added to my library as full books. They are not however in the purchased section of the Library on the website or in the purchases section of the My Account area. The appear as full books on my tablet and in the I'm Reading section of the Library on the website. There are even Adobe DRM epub links for download.

Download it while you can. I know how has happened. You have added some previews to your libarary and/or didn't complete the purchase transaction.
At some point Kobo made some changes, updates or whatever they did, and the previews appeared in your library as full books.

Caveat
But the other way around is also true. You have to compare your purchase history with the books that are actual available in your online library. It is very likely that some books that you have purchased are not in your online library anymore. They are gone and replaced by (some of the) previews.

That is true but I compare the two lists fairly regularly and just request any missing books be added back to my library.
