ICON to add ebook to device missing

The icon that let you add an ebook to my device (Nook) is missing in the tool bar. How can I get that ICON back. I can add a book to my data base but I cannot upload it to my eReader.

Is the Nook plugged in? There are separate main toolbars for when a device is connected and when one is not. The icon to send books to a device is only on the connected device version of the Main toolbar.

did you edit (change) your toolbar icons? It is not obvious (at least to me) name: "Location Manager"

Thanks. Now it is working. It was not recognizing my Nook. I clicked on the safe removal icon on my computer and saw that it wasn't recognizing my Nook. I fixed that problem and now the icon to upload a book appears on Calibre.
