Kindle Fire HD: Book comments section

Hey, I'm completely new to Kindles/tablets. I just bought a Kindle Fire HD for someone for Christmas and loaded it up with books he might like. I used Calibre to sideload eBooks I had into the Kindle.

Basically I was wondering if there was a way to read the comments (that were in the mobi files) on the Kindle itself. The book synopses are in the comment section of the files, so it would be much more convenient for him to be able to read them on the Kindle and decide which books to read without actually looking them up. If it's possible, it would also be helpful so I can add the book numbers for books that are in a series as well, since it doesn't seem like the Kindle Fire has an option for sorting books out into customized collections.

Any help would be great, any alternative possibilities, or even if its to say it's not possible at all. Thanks!
