Question Reader with direct download in browser

Hi everyone. I am looking to buy a reader and wondering what to choose.

Here is what I need to have
1. Backlight - for reading in the dark
2. 6' at least
3. touchscreen for switching the pages
... and now comes the fun part

4. browser supporting direct download of books
ex: I have personal web server where I am able to upload any type of books, and I need to be able to download them without the need to connect the device to any computer or use SD cards
5. Email client will be nice but not required

And because I am web developer for me is quite easy to create any text document to .html
so is it possible for any reader to have books in .html and read them just as usual
Thanks in advance

The direct download using a web browser isn't that uncommon. All the WiFi enabled Kobo ereaders have it. And I think the same goes for the Kindles.

As to actual ereaders, the Kobo Glo, Aura and Aura HD all do the first 4. The Paperwhite does as well.
