Smashwords Premium Catalogue
Okay, why is it that Smashwords won't accept the epub files of my book, as well as its cover, for its "Premium catalog" when I had no problem with Kobo and Nook?

Have you read Distribution especially "How We Evaluate Books for the Premium Catalog (and how you can fast track your books!)" and "Criteria for Inclusion in The Smashwords Premium Catalog"

I'm glad I saw this thread. I hadn't heard that Smashwords was accepting ePubs. Alas, finally a way to avoid the dreaded Meatgrinder.
