Got a new reader for Christmas!

The kobo touch was on offer at WHSmith and while we still had some money my partner got me one for Crimbo.
Been out all day so now its playtime!
Its certainly different to my Sony reader!
I got a 16GB card for it to to fill up with books

What do you think are the best aspects of your new Kobo? What things set it apart from other competing readers such as a Kindle, Kindle Paper White and a Nook?

Enjoy your reader, Cyclops. Have a peek through the stickies and recent threads - lots of answers there to the questions you haven't thought of yet

Well it is a couple of years newer than your old Sony, you should see the speed of the very latest models (Kobo Aura, Kindle Paperwhite2, Sony T3), they are even faster. It's all pretty relative though, and the Kobo Touch is a cracking buy at £30. Enjoy!

With the Kobo Mini and Kobo Touch both at £30, and the Kobo Aura also now reduced to £99 (bizarrely now the same price as the Glo?), Kobo are really stacking up as competitive against the Kindle.
