support for content in OPDS feed

I would like to request the display of the content element in an OPDS entry. (see red highlight)

and sometimes you may encounter an OPDS feed which serves its own icons for e.g. categories as Author, Series, Title, etc. would be nice if in such cases Marvin displays the feed icons instead of it's own generic one. (see blue highlight)
