T3 - "available now" in UK.
I don't mean to upset any US seekers of the T3, 'cos I can't really see why it may not be available there, but it is now in the UK.
And, much too my surprise, it is what I think's a reasonable price compared to the major competitors. It's below the magic £100, just, @£99 which I suppose is around $120, something like that ? (Although most tech things seem to be cheaper in real terms over the pond) It's the first time I haven't felt like shaking my head at pricing policy, or wincing when a new model comes out. And yes, I know we still have the lit/not lit question, and I feel the "extra" cover is, to me, pitched too high at £39 to be the real answer .... but at least the basic device - with standard cover fitted included - is priced sensibly. I admit, I am a Sony fan, but I'm trying not to be overly prejudiced here, just giving my initial reaction .... If it's up to the build and functionality quality I've experienced with previous models, I think it's a decent proposition, so far. Course .... early days yet ......... ![]() |

At the moment, £99 is about $158.

There aren't many people selling the T3 in the UK, but Sony online is the cheapest place anyway at UK£99.

99 isn't bad. But the extra 39 for the light too much IMO.
