Search through all ebooks in library
I'm looking for an app on either an Android or ios device that will allow me to search the content of all the ebooks on the device. I need this for research purposes and it seems that most apps only allow you to search the title/author of books OR search the content of one specific book at a time.

Is there an app available that will allow me to do this?

I dont think there is such app available but still you need to search in the Google..I hope you will be able to find one very soon

I don't know of any that do this (for Android, no clue about iOS). But you can research all the major apps: Mantano, Aldiko, Moon+, FBReader, Coolreader, etc.

Hm.. It isn't an e-reader app, have you considered using Evernote? It sounds like it is the closest thing to what you are looking for.

The Kindle allows a "global" search of the content of all eBooks. Might be worth considering.

Thanks all for your responses. I do own as kindle keyboard that allows me to do a global search but I was hoping to have a tablet as an all in one research tool (with a browser).

I've heard of evernote but have never really looked into it. It looks like something that could really help. Thanks again for the suggestions
