ePUB to AZW3 - <Hn> tags are getting separated

In the ePub each chapter starts with the book title using <h6> followed by the chapter name using <h2>. On conversion to AZW3 these <h6> and <h2> tags become separated by a page break. How can I avoid this so that the <h6> and <h2> remain on the same page? Exploding the AZW3 shows that the <h6> has actually been kept with the <h2> for Part0003.html, but after that these tags become separated. Input, output and conversion logs files as attached. Default options used. |

Look at the page breaks before and chapter marker options under the structure detection section of the conversion dialog.

Thanks. Changing chapter mark to "none" stops the page break. |

Have you tried a different setting than: 'chapter_mark': u'pagebreak',? Are you using H# to control font sizes ? |

Yes, I am using H# to control font styling, (including size), and have now used chapter-mark = "none" to stop the problem. I didn't realise that I was using pagebreak as it was in the default options and I rarely convert to Kindle formats so I wasn't familiar with the options.

I use all <h#> tags for book styling but only <h1> to <h4> for hierarchy.
