remove Progress bar at K4 NT.
The progressbar is very anoying for viewing pdfs.(And not very usefull otherwise.) It consumes valuable space, and adds white bars left and right. I found ways to remove it on all (?) models other than the Kindle 4. Are there out of the box sollutions for this model aswell?
