How do I convert an ebook TO a landscape PDF. (Not from.)

I'm trying to convert some ebooks to a landscape PDF so that I can transfer it to my modded PSP with BookR installed. However, I can't seem to find any way to do so. All the output options are devices in portrait mode.

I've seen the stickied post about providing a source file and the output but my question is more of a general "how do I do this" than a bug or a problem.

Can anyone help me out?

EDIT:
It's a PSP 3000 and the screen size is 4.3 inches with a 480x272 resolution.

Under the PDF Output section of the conversion dialog you can override the PDF page size to be whatever you want.

Oh, by the way, may I ask what version of PDF Calibre outputs? Because when I try viewing the converted PDF, only the cover image is shown, then when I try to go to page 2 (or any page after the won't load.
