Epub 3.0

Was reading through the github info and noticed a request for support for ePub 3.0. Is the current reason for lack of support already the fact that most of the industry doesnt seem to think that 3.0 fixes the problems that were to be addressed and as such most havent moved forward? New initiatives have even been moving forward like E0? Discussion?

Nope, that's not the reason. EPUB 3 is rather complex so it's just a matter of time and prioritising feature requests.
