Trying to figure out how to post a poll - I see you have to actually submit the post first

That's true. And if you run one of the book clubs, between the time you make the first post and the time you submit the poll, someone will have posted, "Where's the poll?"

It's just one of the little bugs of the current software. Hopefully when our software is updated to the new system, it will include an option to submit the poll and the first post simultaneously.
