I've bought a few things from them. Their shipping has been very, very slow - four weeks or so - on a couple of oaccasions, but so far everything has been as described.

Pretty good price. Of course we will have the radioshack buyers come in and say they only paid $20 for theirs, or the staples buyers who paid between $1.50 and $7.00 for theirs because of a coupon gaff.

Still a pretty good price though for a refurb.
