Well now I'm flummoxed. I voted for both of these. Leaning to Achebe since he died earlier this year and I thought it sucked that the non- literary book club voted categories to exclude even getting a chance to nominate this book.

So there it is, the sympathy vote from me.

I requested it from the library, but I've got a pile of things coming so I might be a bit late to the discussion.

Great choice all I happen to have the book, but didn't read it as yet.

I'm going nature; that is...cycling for two weeks somewhere with little wifi, and trying to read through my currently reading pile first, so my contribution will be a late one.
