[bug] 2.8.1 bookmark flag
pdf.. when i move in a book using a bookmark - clicking from personal bookmarks list - its flag remains in the top corner of the page even if i remove the bookmark

There was discussion a couple of weeks ago about bookmarks in PDF. It looks like when you bookmark a page, all earlier pages except the one before it show the dog ear. Removing the "ghost" bookmarks would update the screen, but paging away and back to the screen would put it back.
