How do you embed a youtube video if you want to jump directly to certain spot in the video like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYi1jZXz9Kg&t=14m20s

the youtube /youtube doesn't work if I add &t=14m20s tag

Indeed, the current way how videos are embedded filters out additional Youtube-specific parameters. I add this to our wishlist.
