How to report bugs to Kobo?
This seems a 1 million dollar question... I can't find on their site a place where I can report bugs. The hilarious fact is that in Why am I having trouble with my book? faq page it's explained how to report bugs related to books. For reporting device bugs, it says nothing...

You can post bugs at Getsatisfaction, but if you read the postings about bugs, problems or even suggestions carefully it becomes very clear Kobo doesn't very much with them.

help@kobobooks.com would be a good place to start to report bugs.
If you are having problems with the Android or iOS applications then you can use the in app options to send messages for app specific issues. You could also post the bug on here, depending on platform it might get answered (If it is iOS related then I have been known to try and answer where possible) |

Well, done... anyway an email for reporting bugs seems to me a way to sweep them under the carpet

I don't know if it's pertinent, but I just wanted to report a user interface quirk (with Firmware 2.8.1, the "menu icon" in the Library / Books page isn't present anymore), and I found this way:
- Kobobooks.com website - "Get Help" link (lower left) - "Contact Customer Care" link (mliddle right, next to the "Ask" button) - Choose "EMAIL" and fill the form. HTH |
