Hacks Kindle Keyboard - bad esn: what does it means? is it possible to install android?

Hello, i am new here and in kindle world.
Please forgive me, but english is not my native language.
I've found a seller that sells a kindle keyboard with a bad ESN. He says that i can upload ebook via usb, but not register on amazon.
I don't know what does it means.
If the problem is only using an amazon account, i could buy ebooks from other websites and put them in it (maybe converting them before, if needed).
Or could i risk that,using it for surfing in internet, amazon could block and freeze it?
I don't know. Buying from him, i could save a lot of money (50%). And i am a student.. you know, few money and a lot to read.
I'm wondering if i could flash it and reinstall his software, or install an other one..

What do you suggest to me?

I believe that means that it was reported lost or stolen, so it has been blacklisted by Amazon. You will be able to put books on it from a computer using USB, and I think there is a hack available so that you can create collections without registering. I'm not sure if you will be able to use the browser to surf--I seem to remember reading somewhere that surfing is disabled on a blacklisted device, but there's a very good chance I'm wrong about that.

Unless this Kindle is less than $50, I would recommend just getting one through Amazon--You can get a used one from Amazon Warehouse deals for $59.99

Don't touch it with a bargepole - the Kindle is almost certainly stolen property.

I didn't know ESN code was similiar to mobile's IMEI.
I will not buy a stolen object, either if it is really cheap.

PS: i can't buy a k3 kindle from my country's amazon. I should buy it from USA, but i should pay a special shipment and more taxes.
I will buy a kindle touch, or a paperwhite, when i could.
