Arc Dictionary

Does the arc have a choice of English dictionary? I can't find that but I know my Sony did and I always used the Oxford English. The Sony acted just like a paper dictionary. I could search for similar words by scrolling or even type in another word. I find the one in the Arc to be very limited, it often does not have the word, forget finding an unusual word, and it has no functionality. I usually have to turn on WiFi to get what I am looking for.
