ebook-convert and Google Books TOC problemw
I am trying to convert html to epub and upload it to Google Books. The TOC is being made correctly, however Books isn't seeing it. I've successfully done it before so I know it is possible. So far, the TOC it sees only has one chapter, and it starts at the front page. Other readers see the TOC just fine though. Suggestions?
