starts without asking

I'm old school and still like to use book designer to get the exact result I want. I only use calibre to convert a file to a format I can use in book designer. I have no intention of changing this.

My problem started when I updated calibre to 0.9.32. Whenever I make a .lrf file in book designer, calibre starts up and adds it to the library. I don't want this. How do I stop this behavior. I've set calibre to ignore .lrf files when automatic adding tab. I have not set any folder in automatic adding.

edit: just to clarify. I'm not opening an .lrf.

edit:never mind. figured it out. somehow a setting in book designer had reset.
