Help with page breaks?

Good Day everyone.....hope I got this first message right. I have a question regarding SIGIL. I am fudging my way through the program. I am trying to make an eBook so I have one article on one page. I have been reading that I have to enter a CSS code b4 the title of the next page.....is this correct.

If so I am lost because I do not know how to code. Can anyone help or steer me in the right direction......It would be greatly appreciated

Write the words on a single line
click ONCE somewhere within those words (sets the flashing insert point)
Use the h1, h2 or h3 buttons on the toolbar

Heading set

Click in a blank space below (

verify that the 'P' button looks depressed) Write the paragraph. Repeat til end of chapter

Make each article a separate html file and they'll always start on a new page

CSS (in the style file)
h1 {
page-break-before:always;
}

Your text (xhtml pages) :

<h1>Title</h1>
<p>paragraph</p>
<h1>Title 2</h1>
<p>Paragraphe 2</p>

Each title will start in a new page.
