I can't watch videos on my home computer - metered internet - could someone who has seen these summarize his basic thesis?

I haven't seen them all yet, just most of the 1st one but he is taking the viewer through the whole of the creative process from the start of his story idea through to the completed story as near as I can tell from what he has said in the 1st video.
