language inh?
When I download English books for e-reader then the language set to inh why?
See here: <dc:language> inh </ dc: language>
This makes so I can not use my dictionary.

Yes I did that and it's on Engelsk. And it's only when i transfer books to my reader the metadata change. On the hdd the metadata is OK.

The only way that your language will get set when exporting from calibre is if you have it set in the metadata. If you have it as English it will get set as eng, if you have it as Ingush it will get set to inh.

My Calibre tells me that "English" = "calibre, version 0.9.27
ERROR: Unknown language: The language English is not recognized"
Where is only "Engelsk" to choose from.
Maybe it's because my language is danish ?? and i use ubuntu 12.10
Then "English" is "Engelsk"

I tried to set my calibre language to English and then it work fine.

Indeed, if you are using danish, then English will be Engelsk. That does not matter. The underlying language code, eng is the same in either case.

I don't know why it does that but it does and after i change it back to danish my language code is inh again bummer. :-(
I notice that when i change the setup language in calibre to english my book language is Ingush

Edit:
I setup my calibre to english and change all boks language Ingush to English and then return my calibre to danish and it work now.

Ah, that was caused by a bug in the Danish translation of calibre, will be fixed in the next release.
