I'm not sure how long the sale will last, or even if it is a sale (this may be the new price, or they may be closing them out).

you know what, at WHSmith in the UK the price has also now been lowered to £49.99 (which before was a price reduction): maybe the Aura is triggering this? Good news for prospective Mini owners!

59$ Canadian at Best Buy, Futureshop and Walmart. Down by 40$ they say so I just bought one for my lunchbox. Now, if they could make a real iPad Mini at that size I'd be very happy...

Over here in Canada, most of our retailers had dropped the price to a sale price of $59, but most have put it back up to the RRP of $79 - at least for now.

Having just purchased mine this month, I don't really want to see it on the way out QUITE yet. I want to feel like my purchase is still "supported" and want to still be able to buy the accessories - as hard as they are to find anyway! ... Unless of course I can get some good clearance deals...

I rather doubt that Kobo will put out a Mini with ComfortLight. The Mini has two main foci: the size, and the price. Notice how often retailers are able to put the Mini on sale. I can see a ComfortLight Mini regressing in both size & price.

Agreed! Plus, it would decrease the long battery life that they try to sell it on.
