Air tickets with PayPal

I'm planning on a longer trip, but I don't like to make long plans in advance. I kind of like to go on the spur of the moment. I was thinking of bringing a prepaid CC so I can't lose more than what is in the account. Hence, larger purchases like air tickets would preferably be paid with PayPal. However, I have problems finding any travel site that accepts PayPal payments.

Does anyone know of such a site? And if you have travelled like that, what was your experience like?

I wouldn't use PayPal even if I could simply because of all of the reasons there are for using a credit card; loss, accidents, delays etc. If you have to go the prepaid route just do it also with a prepaid card.
