Validation result question

My entire E Pub checks out except for the validation error in the attached.

that font is used in 3 spots on two pages, I see it in the css sheet, see it in the manifest but I do not see it in the head of the html pages it is on.

Do I need to add that to the heads of those pages?

Have you either misspelled it or changed the case of the font name?
This is a copyrighted font, from what I can tell and it may not allow embedding.

Do you have both an @font (declaration)
and a font-family: <fontname> (usage)
in your stylesheet

In any case, that's not an error, it's just a warning. And Sigil may not be able to correctly detect whether some font will actually be used or not.

The acid test is to try it in a device and see if it displays and if it passes the particular device's test. Flight Crew is just meant as a help and not a final word. Epubcheck online is more thorough, but not the last world for either Ipad or Kindle.
