903 pdfviewer notes feature bug

I think there is an annoying bug with pdfviewer and the notes feature on a pocketbook 912 with firmware 2.1.2.

Open a pdf with the adobe viewer.
Open the new note feature. Up on the top left is are buttons for highlight, hand-written notes, eraser...

Now open the file with pdfviewer and open the notes feature. Look at the buttons. There are hand-written notes, eraser and .. the highlight button is not there.

Do tell me if I am doing something silly.

Same thing with 2.1.3. but it is not a bug per say. All it means is that adobeviewer has access to text layer and pdfviewer doesn't. PDFs have layers, not all but generally speaking.
